“What did you do this weekend?” Relationships between weekend activities, recovery experiences, and changes in work‐related well‐being

Recovery refers to the process of replenishing resources that occurs when employees distance themselves from their work, leading improvements in work-related well-being indicators (WRWB), such as burnout and vigor. Research has shown weekend activities are related changes WRWB recovery experiences could mediate these relationships. This study aimed examine indirect relationships on vigor, through experiences.
